Robinaugh EMS is an emergency medical service and patient transportation service, family owned and operated since 1976. With locations in Bellefontaine and Marysville, Robinaugh EMS serves the citizens of Logan, Union, Hardin, and Champaign counties in Ohio. Robinaugh EMS offers outstanding services in a professional manner while maintaining the dignity of those we serve.
Services
Ambulance Service
We provide both basic and advanced life support ambulance service, as well as a mobile intensive care unit (MICU). Common run types include inter-hospital transfers, emergency and non-emergency responses, discharges from hospitals, ground transport for helicopters, outpatient visits and standby for special events.
Ambulette (Wheelchair Van)
We provide Ambulette (wheelchair transport) for patients that are confined to a wheelchair and are able to maintain an erect position in a moving vehicle. We can transport patients to and from appointments at hospitals, doctor's offices and dialysis centers.
MedFlight Partnership
Robinaugh EMS and Medflight expanded critical care services in 2019 by adding a hybrid mobile intensive care unit in Bellefontaine. Robinaugh provides the vehicle, basic equipment and the operator, and Medflight provides the Critical Care Paramedic and RN with additional critical equipment. This partnership brings this higher level of care closer to our area providing a faster response to the hospitals we serve. This unit is staffed 7 days a week 12 hours a day.
During inclement weather when their helicopters are not able to fly, we join together with MedFlight to provide a mobile intensive care unit (MICU). Their flight crew and equipment are added to our staff and ambulance, so we can quickly and safely get the patient transferred to a higher acuity facility with the highest level of care possible.
